Bio

I graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) with a B.S. in Photonics and Information Technology. Then I continued my graduate study in the State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices to work on the fundamental understanding of optical physical process (such as charge transfer, phosphor sensitized mechanism) and structure design for optoelectronic devices based on organic semiconductors. During 2010 to 2012, I moved on to UCSB as a visiting Ph.D. student in Professor Bazan's group, and completed my PhD in Optics Engineering at UESTC in 2012.

Current Research

My current research is focused on the development of solution-processed small molecule and polymer solar cells.
